How it works
A defined project from first email to handoff.
Reports, exports, or Excel work - every project runs the same way: you tell us the problem, we define the deliverable and the price before anything starts, and you get a tested result that is ready to use. No open-ended hours, no surprises.
Every project, same spine
Three steps, whatever the build.
- 01
Share the problem
For an export, that is the carrier's specification. For a report, the question you need answered. For Excel, the workbook that fights you. Send what you have - PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, or a description.
- 02
Approve a clear scope
You get the exact deliverable, the timing, and the full project price in writing before work begins. For Dayforce work, you also get the precise list of fields we need - your administrator approves it first.
- 03
Review a tested result
You receive a tested deliverable with clear handoff notes: a report that answers the question, a validated export file ready for your carrier, or a spreadsheet that simply works. Final adjustments are part of the project.
Security standard for Dayforce work
Narrow access you can verify.
- A dedicated account, never an employee's everyday login
- Read-only access at every step
- Only the fields the project needs
- The exact field list shown before we connect
- Sensitive fields excluded unless the work requires them
- Credentials stored separately from project files
- No credentials or employee data in the delivered file
- API activity restricted to approved vendors and dates
- A permission test before the first data pull
- Access removed when the project is complete
The goal is simple: get what the build needs, without taking access to data it does not.
XML export projects, step by step
Carrier file? Five steps, no surprises.
- 01
Send the carrier specification
Upload the carrier's spec as PDF, Word, Excel, or CSV. We map every required, optional, and conditional field.
- 02
Review the exact Field Request
Before any connection, you get the precise list of Dayforce fields the project needs. Your administrator approves it first.
- 03
Create a dedicated read-only login
Your administrator sets up a non-personal Dayforce account used only for this project, with read-only access, and can remove it when the work is done.
- 04
We pull the codes securely
We retrieve only the approved plan, carrier, option, and coverage codes. A permission check runs before the first data pull, and you see the result.
- 05
Test within one week*
You receive the export definition, a validated test file, and clear test instructions, ready for your carrier.
Your administrator also gets a detailed setup guide before we connect: the exact role, authorizations, and field checkboxes to use.
What we need from you
A short list, then we start.
- 01The starting point: a carrier spec, a business question, or a problem workbook
- 02What a good result looks like, in your words
- 03For Dayforce work, the dedicated read-only account
- 04One person who can review the scope and test the finished deliverable
Once those are ready, most projects move in days. Standard-scope export builds target one week.*

Have a report, export, or spreadsheet to build?
*Typical target for a standard-scope project. Actual timing depends on project scope, vendor responsiveness, and specification quality.
